DesignLife App Ltd takes all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained on the App is accurate, however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy and we reserve the right to change the information on this App (including these terms and conditions) at any time. You must therefore check these terms and conditions for any such changes each time you visit this App or website.

Please note these terms & conditions may be different from brand to brand so if purchasing from more than one brand please read all t&cs that apply.

DesignLife App Ltd takes no responsibility for the quality control of the brands but as the reseller will support the customer to reach a resolution in the event they are not satisfied with their product(s).

Illustrations and descriptions of Goods in the App are for information only, and shall form no part of the terms of the Contract. Any recommendation or suggestion relating to the use of the goods made by the seller either on technical literature or in response to a specific inquiry or otherwise is given in good faith but it is for the customer to satisfy themself as to both the quality and the suitability of the Goods for its own purpose.

Returns

The brand suppliers decision is final in all disputes.Some brands charge a return / cancellation fee. Please see their t&cs for more information.

Lead times are estimated and can change. This does not constitute reasonable grounds to cancel or return products.

In general items that are out of stock for more than 2 weeks can be cancelled within 7 days of being notified. After this a handling fee will be charged.

All goods must be inspected upon deliver BEFORE being used, installed or otherwise adapted in anyway. All items subject to agreed return will need to be returned in a saleable as new condition in the original packaging.
